SHOPPING QUESTIONS

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We deliver worldwide. The shipping charges are at a flat rate of R400, however, depending on your location, the charge may be adjusted for your specific country based on the cost of choice of courier.

How can I request a refund?

Returns with full refund within 30 days of product delivery. No returns on damaged or worn articles.

Contact us with your contact details and point of collection for our couriers.

Do you offer gift-vouchers?

Yes we do, and if you purchase a gift card or have been provided with one, please follow these simple steps to apply a discount/voucher code to your order.

1. Begin by adding your desired and/or required items for the discount to your cart.

2. Select “View your cart” to make sure you’re happy with your items and then select “Checkout”.

3. Continue through the checkout process until you reach the payment page.

4. At the very bottom of the payment options you will see an option “Use a discount code”. Select this option and then input your code and select “Apply”.

If successful, you will see a discount applied to your order on the right hand side in the “Order Summary”.

How can I use a coupon code?

Coupons/Vouchers/Gift Cards can be redeemed by SA customers online at mwana.co.za and in branches of mwana.co.za. Coupons/Vouchers/Gift Cards may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value stored on the card on payment of the difference.

If you do not spend the entire balance on the Gift Card the remaining balance will be stored on the Coupons/Vouchers/Gift Cards. No cash change will be given. Coupons/Vouchers/Gift Cards may not be refunded, exchanged for cash, used as payment with discount vouchers or taken as deposits. Please treat Gift Cards as cash, we will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Gift Cards are valid for 24 months after purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the expiry of the validity period.

Coupons/Vouchers/Gift Cards cannot be used to buy further Gift Cards. Coupons/Vouchers/Gift Cards cannot be used by customers outside of the South Africa.

We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in force at the time that you purchase your Coupons/Vouchers/Gift Cards from us.

This does not affect your legal rights.

MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS

Do you allow backorders?

We offer some items on our website that are on may be out of stock. Back ordering allows you to order an item either prior to the official launch or before the stock becomes available again for general sale.

The item, along with the rest of the order will be processed once the stock becomes available, the date shown on the website is only a guide. We will however endeavour to process your order ready for delivery to you either on the date shown or shortly afterwards.

You will not be charged for your items until your order has been processed.

Which size to chose?

Our sizes range according to the age of the child.

  • 3 – 6 months
  • 6 – 12 months
  • 12 – 18 months

What payment methods are available?

You can pay with any VISA, Mastercard Credit card / Cheque Card or Debit Card.

We also offer payment in Bitcoin or Instant EFT via Payfast.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Upon specific request on Checkout yes. Complete the special delivery instructions on the form to advise us of the need for gift wrapping. An additional cost will be applied.
